Extensis Suitcase or BitStream Font Navigator.

'Lose Your Mind Developement's' Printer's Apprentice 7.5 or 'PROXIMA Software's' FontExpert 2003'.
I use both .... PA handles organising fonts really well but FE is a much better browser.
You get to pay for both I should add.
